Handle Your Emotion

To have a role for a caregiver is not as easy as everyone can appreciate since you have the time for someone who is not related for you. But for the profession and oath you need to give care for them. Have you feel or do know someone acting as caregiver to an aging or disabled parent, maybe a friend, loved-one, or a co-worker? If you have some emotional disturbance, this could be challenges seem impossible to deal with some days, and you just know how you can make it feel better or the perfect to reason on how you can handle the situation.

This is my self told story being a caregiver for my mother, and here in my blog I want to be the venue of what you called self experience regarding with the issue. I will also include here my specific role as a caregiver and my personal experiences being cope with all the emotional challenges you may face while on turn as serving others.

Like what the basic concept in care giving, I believe that you can show the best way for your patience by coping not only with your emotion but also your patience’s emotion. In this case, you can improve your relation with the and building a healthy relationship which is best in caregiver-patient relationship.
